FUNDING
LIVE WELL PROGRAM
Live Well Funding is open to all current financial members who can apply for funding for any activity or one off item that will assist in the management of their conditions such as mobility support aids, meditation, massage etc.
Applications need to be in writing to HFV via the Live Well Funding application form
EMERGENCY FUNDING PROGRAM
Emergency Funding can be applied for by members of the Haemophilia Treatment Centre staff to assist people with bleeding disorders in Victoria where there is financial distress that is impacting the person/family affected by a bleeding disorder. This is usually a one off payment. Patients are de-identified to ensure anonymity whilst processing the application. As this funding is applied for by the Haemophilia Treatment Centre staff there are no forms to download.
